Town Hall Meeting
If you have been invited to a town hall meeting that is specific to your block, this means that one or two of your neighbours have requested a discussion on a possible land assembly site or they have already listed their home for sale as a land assembly with us and would like others to also join in.
You will not find your neighbour's listing on a multiple listing service (MLS). As it is an exclusive listing, it will not be shown to the general public. It is still a listing, that is listed with our brokerage. If you have tenants on the property, they will not know that a land assembly project could be in the works. There will be no signage at that time, indicating any land assembly site, so no neighbouring blocks will be aware of a possible land assembly taking place. We have only sent invitations to property home owners.
At the town hall meeting, we take the time to explain thoroughly the land assembly process, answer questions, discuss strategies, explain real estate market sales and more. Remember, a land assembly sale is unlike a regular single residential sale, as there are different expectations, timelines, deposit timelines, etc.
It is also a time for you to get acquainted with us, and to find out about our own land assembly experiences and sales history.
Meet Michael Gibson and I at our town hall meeting to answer your questions and discuss possibiities of a land assembly site on your block!
